Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that summer youth programs under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 should be continued.

Makes it the sense of the Congress that the President should formulate and carry out during the calendar year of 1973 a full and complete program of work and training programs (together with related activities) for youths under title I-B of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964; and the President should as rapidly as possible submit to the Congress a request for supplemental appropriations in the amount necessary to carry out such program.
