A concurrent resolution to establish a joint committee to conduct an investigation of the U.S. Postal Service.

Establishes a Joint Committee on the Postal Service to be composed of 10 Members (five from each the Senate and House of Representatives) to make a full and complete investigation and study of the organization and operation of the United States Postal Service for the purpose of strengthening and improving the United States mail service and enabling the Postal Service better to meet its responsibilities and carry out its duties and purposes.

Requires the joint committee to submit, before the close of the present Congress, a report to the Senate and House of the results of its investigation and study of the United States Postal Service, together with its recommendations. Provides that the joint committee shall cease to exist after the close of the present Congress.
