To amend section 1078 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 to increase the effectiveness of the Technology Modernization Fund, and for other purposes.
Modernizing Government Technology Reform Act
This bill reauthorizes through FY2030 and revises the Technology Modernization Fund (TMF). (The TMF is a revolving fund administered by the General Services Administration to finance technology-related activities, improve information technology, and enhance cybersecurity across the federal government.)
