First-Time Homebuyer Savings Act of 2026

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to authorize the use of funds under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program for police dog programs, and for other purposes.

To amend titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act to limit Social Security and Medicare benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to provide for priority consideration for certain grants for applicants who have entered into section 287(g) agreements.
