To amend the Public Health Service Act to give a preference, with respect to project grants for preventive health services, for States that allow all trained individuals to carry and administer epinephrine, and for other purposes.
Dillon's Law
This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to give preference when awarding certain grants for preventive health service programs to states that (1) allow all trained individuals to administer epinephrine, and (2) provide civil liability protections related to that administration.
