Historic Preservation Fund Reauthorization Act
This bill extends through FY2033 and increases funding for the National Park Service's Historic Preservation Fund.
The funding is provided from revenues from Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas leases, and awards from the fund are made to states and other entities, including tribes and nonprofits.

A BILL
To amend title 54, United States Code, to extend funding for the
Historic Preservation Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Historic Preservation Fund
Reauthorization Act''.
SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND.
Section 303102 of title 54, United States Code, is amended by
striking ``2023, $150,000,000'' and inserting ``2033, $250,000,000''.
