Requiring each Member, officer, and employee of the House of Representatives to complete a program of emergency preparedness training during each Congress, and for other purposes.

This resolution directs the Committee on House Administration to require each Member, officer, and employee of the House of Representatives to complete a program of emergency preparedness training during each Congress.

This program must include (1) training in the use of emergency equipment; (2) reviewing protective actions, emergency notifications, and office-level emergency preparedness; and (3) reviewing safe haven protocols.
