To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for an end date for the credit for certain qualified carbon oxide, and for other purposes.
End Polluter Welfare for Enhanced Oil Recovery Act of 2021
This bill eliminates the use of carbon oxide as a tertiary injectant. It also repeals the tax credit for enhanced oil recovery costs.
