To amend title 10, United States Code, to require the submission of an annual budget submission display for operation and maintenance accounts of the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to include in support materials for the President's budget the projected total amount for each individual subactivity group under the future years defense program. DOD must also include a budget display in the operation and maintenance justification documents.
