To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to expand eligibility for public service student loan forgiveness to certain contractor employees of national laboratories.
Fairness in Forgiveness Act of 2021
This bill extends Public Service Loan Forgiveness program eligibility to contractor employees who work at national laboratories owned by the Department of Energy.
The bill takes effect as if enacted on October 1, 2007.
