Congratulating the people and Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the 28th anniversary of the country's independence.

This resolution commends Slovenia on the progress it has made since its independence and its efforts to promote stability both regionally and internationally.  The resolution also recognizes the important contributions of the Slovenian community in the United States.
