To amend the Public Health Service Act to give a preference, with respect to project grants for preventive health services, for States that allow trained individuals to carry and administer epinephrine, and for other purposes.
Epi for Dilly Act of 2020
This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services, when awarding certain grants for preventive health service programs, to give preference to states that allow trained individuals to administer epinephrine and that provide civil liability protections to those who do so.
