To amend the Small Business Act to require collection and reporting of demographic data for applicants of the Paycheck Protection Program, and for other purposes.
PPP Data and Diversity Accountability Act of 2020
This bill requires the Small Business Administration to collect and report specified demographic data for recipients of assistance under the Paycheck Protection Program established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
