Crime Victims' Rights Act of 2020
This bill modifies provisions concerning statutory rights afforded to victims of federal criminal offenses to facilitate enforcement of those rights, including by establishing the Office of Crime Victims' Rights within the Department of Justice and adding notification requirements.
