LEP Data Acquisition in Mortgage Lending Act
This bill directs the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) to include an optional language-preference question on the Uniform Residential Loan Application.
