Burma Human Rights and Freedom Act of 2018
This bill addresses the humanitarian crisis in Burma (Myanmar) related to the displacement of the Rohingya people. Specifically, the bill authorizes humanitarian assistance and reconciliation programs in the region, establishes prohibitions on military and security assistance for Burma's armed forces, and places sanctions and visa or import restrictions on various Burmese officials and goods.
