To establish the Democracy Dollars Program under which citizens may direct the making of payments to candidates in elections for Federal office and to political committees supporting campaigns for election for Federal office, and for other purposes.
Democracy Dollars Act
This bill establishes the Democracy Fund Commission to operate a Democracy Dollars Program under which individuals eligible to vote may direct payments to (1) candidates for federal office who meet specified donor thresholds, or (2) eligible political committees.
