To amend title 54, United States Code, to make Hispanic-serving institutions eligible for technical and financial assistance for the establishment of preservation training and degree programs.
Preservation Research at Institutions Serving Minorities Act or the PRISM Act
This bill makes Hispanic-serving institutions of higher education (IHEs) as well as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving IHEs eligible for technical and financial assistance from the Department of the Interior to establish preservation training and degree programs.
