To require the Secretary of Homeland Security, in coordination with the Attorney General, to reunite alien parents separated from their minor children with such children, and for other purposes.
Reunite Children With Their Parents Act
This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to reunite an alien who entered the United States with the alien's minor child (under the age of 18) who was separated from the child pending prosecution for improper entry or the adjudication of an asylum application.
