To facilitate the efforts of States to establish auto-enrollment systems to enroll certain individuals in health insurance coverage, and for other purposes.
Pathway to Universal Coverage Act of 2018
This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to states for the purpose of promoting health insurance enrollment, such as through auto-enrollment programs.
