Restore Charitable Contributions of Premium Cigars to the Troops Act of 2016
This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to allow charitable donations, including free samples, of traditional large and premium cigars to be given to members of the military or nonprofits supporting members of the military. Currently, free samples and charitable donations of tobacco products are banned.
