Airline Consumer Protection Act of 2016
This bill prescribes certain consumer protection requirements for air passengers with respect to:
The FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 is amended to extend through FY2017 DOT's Advisory Committee for Aviation Consumer Protection.
DOT shall establish an advisory committee for the air travel needs of passengers with disabilities.
The Federal Aviation Administration shall prohibit air carriers from reducing the seat size on its aircraft.
