To prohibit Federal interference with the interstate traffic of unpasteurized milk and milk products that are packaged for direct human consumption.
Interstate Milk Freedom Act of 2015
This bill provides that federal departments, agencies, or courts must not prohibit, interfere with, regulate, or otherwise restrict the interstate traffic of unpasteurized milk or milk products packaged for direct human consumption if:
The bill does not preempt any state laws.
