A bill to retain the existing vehicle weight limitations for vehicles traveling along any segment of U.S. Highway 78 within Mississippi after such segment is incorporated into the Interstate Highway System.

Permits the continued operation of trucks on any segment of U.S. Highway 78 in Mississippi designated as a highway on the Interstate System. Prohibits application of federal weight limitations to those trucks that could operate legally on such a segment before that designation.
