To prohibit land border crossing fees.
Promoting Border Commerce and Travel Act - Prohibits the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) from: (1) establishing, collecting, or otherwise imposing a border crossing fee for pedestrians or passenger vehicles at land ports of entry along the southern or northern border of the United States; or (2) conducting any study relating to such fee's imposition.
