Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives: (1) that the Department of Defense (DOD) should not consider any bid for the procurement of the helicopter fleet used to transport the President of the United States, or any components, that involve, directly or indirectly, any entity controlled, directed, or influenced by the government of China; (2) funding should not be made available for such procurement, or any future defense system acquisition, that involve any such entity; (3) recognizing the importance and vital role of the U.S. aerospace industry and its workers in innovation, job creation, and long-term economic growth; and (4) urging DOD to limit its procurement of the new presidential helicopter (VXX) fleet and any other defense system acquisition to products manufactured in the United States with the maximum amount of parts made in the United States, or from allied nations as necessary.
