Buy American at the Smithsonian Act of 2011 - Bars the use of any funds under federal law to construct or alter facilities of the Smithsonian Institution unless the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution certifies that all materials used for Smithsonian construction activities and for sale in Smithsonian gift shops are produced in the United States. Exempts specified materials used for Smithsonian construction activities from inclusion in such certifications.
