To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the energy efficient appliance credit.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the tax credit for energy efficient appliances, to extend such credit for certain dishwashers, clothes washes, and refrigerators manufactured in calendar years 2012 and 2013.
