Cocopah Lands Act - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to take certain land in Yuma County, Arizona, into trust for the Cocopah Indian Tribe, if the Tribe transfers title of the land to the Secretary and there are no recognized environmental problems with, or adverse legal claims to, the land.
Considers such land to be part of the Tribe's initial reservation.
Designates Yuma County, Arizona, as the Tribe's service area for the delivery of federal services to enrolled Tribe members.
Prohibits using the trust land for gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
