The resolution makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Education and Labor that the House concur in the Senate amendments to H.R. 4872. The previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motion or demand for division of the question. The resolution provides 10 minutes of debate on the motion. The resolution waives all points of order against consideration of the motion except those arising under clause 10 of rule XXI.
