"Joe" Gardner, and the Court Security Officers and members of the United States Marshals Service and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for their actions in responding to the assault at the Lloyd D. George Federal Courthouse in Las Vegas, Nevada, on January 4, 2010. Expresses condolences to the family and friends of Officer Cooper, who gave his life in the line of duty, and wishes Marshal Gardner a speedy recovery from the wounds he sustained.
