Requires any claim of the United States to certain property relating to Franklin Delano Roosevelt, his family, or staff to be treated as having been waived and relinquished on the day before any person makes a gift of such property to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
Describes such property as any part of the collection of documents, papers, and memorabilia relating to Roosevelt or any member of his family or staff that was in the possession of Grace Tully and retained by her at the time of her death.
Specifies that the date of such gift is any date after the physical delivery of the property to NARA as specified by the donor.
