Keep the Promise of Medicare Act of 2005 - Expresses the sense of the Senate that Congress should enact legislation to protect Medicare beneficiaries from dramatic increases in the Medicare part B premium.
Amends part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to cap the Medicare part B premium for each month in 2005 at the same rate for each month in 2004, adjusted for inflation.
