Condemns the February 14, 2005, terrorist bombing in Beirut, Lebanon, that killed former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and killed and wounded others.
Extends condolences to the families of the victims and to the people of Lebanon.
Recognizes the significant contributions Rafik Hariri made during his lifetime.
Reaffirms the right of the people of Lebanon to choose their leaders free from intimidation, terror, and foreign occupation in accordance with United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution 1559.
Urges the international community to facilitate any investigation into this terrorist attack.
