Supports the organizers and participants of the historic meeting of the Assembly to Promote the Civil Society in Cuba in May 2005 in Havana.
Urges: (1) the international community to support the Assembly's mission to bring democracy to Cuba; and (2) the Administration and international community to oppose any attempts by the Castro regime to repress Assembly organizers and participants.
Shares the Assembly's pro-democracy ideals.
