To provide Capitol-flown flags to the families of law enforcement officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty.
Fallen Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Flag Memorial Act of 2005 - Authorizes the family of a law enforcement officer or paid or volunteer firefighter who dies in the line of duty to request, and a Member of Congress to provide, a U.S. flag flown over the Capitol in honor of the officer or firefighter.
