To authorize leases for terms not to exceed 99 years on lands held in trust for the Yurok Tribe and the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians.

Authorizes the leasing of lands held in trust for the Yurok Tribe and lands held in trust for the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians of the Hopland Rancheria, with the approval of the Secretary of the Interior, for public, religious, educational, residential, or business purposes for terms not exceeding 99 years.
