S. 2576 — Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area Act

Summary

Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area, including the counties of Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Taos, New Mexico. Designates Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area, Inc., as the management entity that shall develop and submit a management plan including recommendations for conservation, funding, management, development, and interpretation of the Area.

Bars the use of Federal funds received under this Act to acquire real property. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide technical and financial assistance.
