To suspend temporarily the duty on (1R,3R)-3(2,2-dibromovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxli acid (S)-cyano-3-pheonxybenzyl ester.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2005, the duty on a specified insecticide. Provides for the liquidation or reliquidation (refund) of duty on such an item that is entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption during a specified period of time.
