Expressing the sense of Congress regarding the Republic of Turkey's cooperation in the war against terrorism, economic reforms in Turkey, and the economic partnership meetings to be held between the United States and Turkey.

Declares that Congress: (1) recognizes the Republic of Turkey for its steadfast commitment to, and cooperation in, the war against terrorism; (2) commends Turkey for implementing economic reforms; and (3) supports the economic partnership meetings scheduled to be held between United States and Turkey on February 26 and 27, 2002.
