Trustee Dispute Resolution Act of 1999

Trustee Dispute Resolution Act of 1999 - Amends the Federal judicial code to authorize a panel trustee or standing trustee appointed under chapter 12 (Adjustment of Debts of a Family Farmer with Regular Annual Income) or chapter 13 (Adjustment of Debts of an Individual with Regular Income) of the Federal bankruptcy code to obtain judicial review of a final agency decision of the United States Trustee Program: (1) terminating or ceasing to assign cases to the trustee; or (2) denying a claim of actual, necessary expenses.
