Small Business Trade Protection Act - Exempts certain small business importers, subject to specified limitations, from increased tariffs or import restrictions imposed upon European Union (EU) goods in response to the EU's banana regime and its ban on imports of U.S. beef treated with scientifically proven safe hormones.
