To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a mandatory minimum prison sentence for certain wiretapping or electronic surveillance offenses by Federal officers or employees.

Amends the Federal criminal code to set a mandatory minimum sentence of six months' imprisonment for commission by any Federal officer or employee, acting under color of that office or employment, of an offense involving the interception or disclosure of wire, oral, or electronic communications.
