To amend the Public Health Service Act to revise the filing deadline for certain claims under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
Vaccine Injury Compensation Reform Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to allow petitions for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to be filed until 36 months after the date on which the injury is diagnosed, except that, if the injury is first diagnosed before enactment of this Act, a petition may be filed until 36 months after the latest of: (1) the diagnosis date; (2) the manifestation date; or (3) this Act's enactment, if the injury is first diagnosed more than 36 months after manifestation.
