John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Authorization Act - Amends the John F. Kennedy Center Act to revise the criteria for certain duties with respect to capital repair and to operation and maintenance.
Repeals a requirement that the Comptroller General review and audit the Center's accounts at least once every three years.
Extends through FY 2003 the authorization of appropriations for the Center's: (1) maintenance, security, and repair; and (2) capital projects.
