Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) U.S. foreign policy with respect to the Middle East peace process should not include an attempt to require Israel to make concessions which Israel does not believe to be in its self-interest, including concessions which would jeopardize the security of Israel; and (2) the U.S. role in such peace process should be that of a facilitator in bringing the parties to a mutual agreement.
