Validates the conveyances of certain real properties from the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, or its subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, or assigns: (1) on or before January 1, 1995; and (2) after January 1, 1995, to the redevelopment agency of the city of Reno, Nevada.
Reserves to the United States any federally-owned mineral rights in such lands.
