To amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the waiting period for disability benefits shall not be applicable in the case of a disabled individual suffering from a terminal illness.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to provide that disability insurance benefits for an individual with a terminal illness shall begin with the first month such individual has such illness (thus eliminating the waiting period).
