To amend title 28, United States Code, to authorize the appointment of additional bankruptcy judges, and for other purposes.
Bankruptcy Judgeship Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal judicial code to increase the number of permanent bankruptcy judges in the central district of California and the district of Maryland.
Provides for additional appointments of temporary bankruptcy judgeships in Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
