To amend the Social Security Act to provide for annual distribution of social security account statements to all beneficiaries and to improve the information made available in such statements.
Social Security Information Act of 1995 - Amends title XI of the Social Security Act to provide for annual distribution of social security account statements, including specified information, to eligible individuals regardless of whether or not they have been requested.
